All data is stored in a centralized MySQL cloud database and, where applicable, synchronized to a local SQLite mirror for offline access. Access to both databases is protected by authenticated credentials and parameterized queries to prevent unauthorized access or SQL injection.
Access to the AIMS download and system login is restricted to verified users through a two-step email and password verification process with rate limiting and session management.
5. Data Access & Sharing
Data stored in AIMS is accessible only to authorized personnel within Arrowgo Logistics Inc. on a role-based, need-to-know basis. We do not sell, rent, or share personal or operational data with third parties outside the organization, except as required by law.
6. Data Retention
Records are retained for as long as they are required for business operations or as mandated by applicable laws and regulations. Archived or obsolete records are managed in accordance with the company's internal records management policy.
